In this new DVD, Meg Wheatley focuses on the necessity for taking time to think, learning from our experience, and reflecting with colleagues - behaviors that are quickly disappearing in most organizations. She offers gentle yet provocative comments that allow you to assess how you, your work and your family are being influenced by this great speed up. Her questions help you notice how lack of time is impacting the quality of your work, your organization's effectiveness, and your family's health. She then describes simple practices to restore thinking to your work and quality to your relationships at work and at home.

The DVD set includes:

  • Twelve provocative chapters, including "The Myth of Multi-Tasking"; "Assessing Your Organization's Time Culture"; "Stressed-Out Kids".
